CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that 24 hours notice be given if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We that know your time is valuable, so we do everything possible to make sure your appointment begins on time and we appreciate the same thoughtfulness from our clients who arrive in a timely manner.
Please note that In event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, clients will be charged a cancellation fee determined by your chosen provider. We do understand there are exceptional circumstances and a 24 hour notice is not always possible, as in cases of illness or accident. In these situations, exceptions may be made at the stylists discretion.
"No shows" or if no notice is given prior to your appointment will be charged the full service amount set by your provider.
Please understand that the reason for our cancellation fees are not to penalize any of our wonderful clients, but rather to help give our beauty service providers the opportunity to fill the changed or cancelled appointment with another client. Their time, like yours, is valuable and we thank you in advance for your kind consideration.
